The tools listed in the lower section require detailed planning to be used accurately and properly. They are made accessible to clients during and after the planning process.

Monthly Budget Tool - Allows the user to set a monthly budget for the year and simultaneously track performance to actual as each month passes. Actual-to-budget comparisons allow the user to analyze their performance both on a month-to-month basis.

Debt Reduction Calculator - This is a great tool produced by www.vertex42.com. You can simulate a handful of different strategies to reduce your debt and choose the one that does it most effectively.

Canadian Mortgage Calculator - Another great tool produced by www.vertex42.com. This tool will show you the details and amortization for a mortgage in Canada. Ever wondered what you will pay your bank in interest on a conventional mortgage? You will be surprised!
